MAGNUS LEADERSHIP PORGRAM
We live in a rapidly changing world, and as culture evolves, leaders must adapt to this dynamic environment. Public safety professionals operate daily in conditions that are volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). The unprecedented scrutiny and criticism directed at first responders today have created significant stress, demanding new approaches to leadership and resilience. In this environment, being GREAT is no longer enough. To navigate the New Normal, we must build even higher capacities for first responders—cultivating decisive leadership, enhanced performance, well-being, and anti-fragility.
The MAGNUS Leadership Two-Day Workshop is a unique training program specifically designed to equip first responders with a comprehensive arsenal of situational, cognitive, and emotional tools to activate the core of their leadership potential. This workshop introduces participants to our innovative Leadership Program, “The MAP,” developed by Dr. Mitch Javidi over his 30+ year career at the forefront of leadership development, peak performance, and “Left-of-Bang” training and innovation for the U.S. Army Joint Special Operations Command and law enforcement.
The MAP: A Path to Strength, Resilience, and Purpose
The MAP outlines a guiding path to elevate participants from GREAT to MAGNUS by focusing on three key principles:
Magnanimity: The ability to rise above pettiness, forgive, and lead gracefully.
Attaining MAGNUSity: The pursuit of inner mastery and resilience.
Practicing MAGNUShip: Bringing purpose into action.
By integrating The MAP with the “Science of the 11 Rings” and the “Pillars of MAGNUS Leadership,” attendees develop the ability to activate their natural leadership talents. The workshop enables participants to align motivational states, positive intelligence, real-world experiences, and professional networks, providing a solid foundation for expanding their capacity and excelling in high-pressure situations. This program benefits law enforcement personnel of all ranks.
