Cade Pope

Cade Pope is a Product Engineer - Data & Intelligence with the National Command & Staff College. Cade’s strengths lie in creating sophisticated data processes built on layers of automation, establishing ETL pipelines across multiple data warehouses & databases, and constructing compelling visualizations to tell a story, reveal insights, and empower our students to take action. He is known for his analytical and logical approach to problems, helping people understand how these data processes work in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

Cade graduated from Oklahoma State University in December 2024 with a degree in Management Information Systems - Data Science and a minor in Finance. Finishing in the top 5% in his class, the Spears School of Business taught Cade how to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, communicate complex ideas in a concise manner, and think critically under pressure. He is able to utilize these qualities and seamlessly integrate these into his professional endeavors with the NCSC.

Primarily working with Tableau, Cade has been able to visualize millions of rows of data simultaneously to create insightful visualizations to drive change for a multitude of organizations. These dashboards easily communicate the changes that need to be made, along with the steps needed to take to get to the final destination. With these visualizations, Cade is able to consistently deliver work that aligns with the goals of the National Command & Staff College and beyond.

Outside of work, Cade is an avid runner, gym goer, and chips & queso connoisseur. He loves to spend time with all of his family, building meaningful, intentional, and lasting relationships.
